Sean Kreiger

Sean Kreiger is a Managing Director and heads West Coast operations of FiSolve, LLC.

Sean has over two decades of industry experience that includes serving as an attorney in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and  Exchange Commission (SEC), practicing in the New York office of K&L  Gates and holding numerous in-house legal and compliance leadership roles, at both privately held and SEC registered investment
advisers.

In addition to legal and compliance, Sean has provided general management, HR and operational support to organizations.

Sean has experience dealing with and advising clients with respect to other regulatory bodies both in the U.S. and internationally and has served in a regulatory role with a firm regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority.

Most recently, Sean spent the last eight plus years as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of an investment adviser in San Francisco, where he currently continues to serve as its outsourced CCO.

Sean is a frequent industry speaker on regulatory developments and issues impacting investment advisers. Sean is in the Bay Area of California.
