Emily Harper is the Senior Operations Lead at FiSolve, where she helps drive operational excellence and delivers tailored solutions to meet client needs. With a strong belief in the power of connection and collaboration, Emily is committed to creating systems and processes that empower organizations within the financial industry to thrive.

A Certified Public Accountant, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Tax and Financial Management and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Psychology from the University of San Diego. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to found a SaaS company in the accounting space in 2012, as well as a women-focused coaching business in 2018, and another SaaS company in the HR space in 2022.

Beyond her professional achievements, Emily is a proud mom to her 6-year-old and is deeply dedicated to shaping a future of work that values inclusion, innovation, and opportunity for the next generation.
