Michael McCaffery is an accomplished accounting, finance, and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience guiding financial services organizations through growth, transformation, and regulatory complexity. He has a proven track record of improving financial performance, strengthening controls, and scaling operational infrastructure across investment management and related industries.

Most recently, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Partner at Permanens Capital, where he oversaw firmwide operations, compliance, and investment infrastructure. His career spans leadership roles at Burgiss (formerly Caissa), BBR Partners, Holliswood Development, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as foundational experience in public accounting with Rothstein Kass and Pannell Kerr Forster.

A Villanova University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Mike is recognized for his strategic leadership, operational rigor, and ability to align financial discipline with organizational growth.
