Megan Druss

Megan is a Regulatory and Compliance Specialist at FiSolve, utilizing her financial services and government experience to serve a range of clients. Megan is committed to harnessing technology to find efficient solutions for evolving compliance needs. She has experience working in compliance at leading global investment firms Point72 and Balyasny Asset Management where she covered topics such as communication and trade surveillance, code of ethics policies and implementation, employee onboarding and training, and issue management.

Megan graduated top of her class when completing a Master of Studies in Law in Corporate Compliance at Fordham University School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of Maryland, she received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Arabic, spent a year as a Boren Scholar in Morocco to further advance her Arabic skills, and gained valuable government experience interning with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. State Department.

In her free time Megan is a sailor and enjoys exploring new countries with her partner and ship cat Madeline, documenting their adventures across the sea with photo and video blogs.
