Giovanna is a Senior Compliance Adviser at FiSolve with years of experience specializing in helping businesses navigate regulatory requirements, operational compliance, writing policies and procedures, and trade and communication surveillance needs. Combining analytical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, she brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to compliance consulting.

Her diverse experience that helped shape her analytical and investigative mindset includes the private sector at New York City Police Department as a Crime Analyst, the hedge fund sector at Point 72 as a Surveillance Officer and the broker dealer sector at Virtu Financial as a Compliance Officer.

She holds a Masters in Criminal Justice and Criminology and speaks three (almost four!) languages.
