Debi Yadegari serves as Principal and Governor at FiSolve, where she helps guide the firm’s strategic direction, drive sustainable growth, and shape its vision for delivering innovative solutions within the financial services industry. Internally, Debi is an important custodian of FiSolve's culture and provides mentorship to its new team members.

A seasoned corporate and securities attorney with deep entrepreneurial experience, Debi brings comprehensive expertise across the full corporate and startup lifecycle, from entity formation and governance to complex M&A transactions, exits, capital markets work, and regulatory compliance. Her career includes Big Law training at Fried Frank, strategic legal counsel to the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers, and the founding of multiple successful ventures, including an HR technology platform that positively impacted more than 100,000 users worldwide.

As FiSolve’s resident corporate and startup advisor, Debi helps clients navigate intricate business challenges while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives in order to achieve strong, practical outcomes. Her builder mindset, Wall Street rigor, and people-first leadership style allow her to provide pragmatic, forward-looking guidance that strengthens operations, enhances decision making, and positions businesses for long-term success.

Debi holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from Barnard College of Columbia University. She is a sought-after public speaker who is passionate about empowering teams and cultivating cultures grounded in empathy, accountability, and innovation.
